1. GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. At YallaBet, only players who have successfully verified their email address are eligible to receive or participate in any bonuses or promotions offered on the Website.

1.2. All bonuses and promotions are strictly limited to one per player, household, residential address, device, shared computer, or IP address.
If YallaBet reasonably suspects that a player or a group of players is attempting to manipulate or abuse any promotional offer, YallaBet reserves the right to revoke the availability of one or all offers, void any bets placed with bonus funds, and remove any winnings derived from such bets.

1.3. Bonuses will be credited in the same currency used for the qualifying deposit. If players deposit or wager in a currency different from the bonus denomination, such wagers will not be counted towards bonus qualification or wagering requirements.

1.4. YallaBet reserves the right to review and audit any player's transaction history. If any form of bonus abuse is detected, YallaBet may withdraw the bonus, void bonus-related winnings, or restrict access to future promotions.

1.5. To comply with regulatory and AML standards, YallaBet may request verification documents (e.g., ID, payment method proof, utility bill, etc.). Documents must be submitted in a Latin alphabet and English Language. If unavailable, YallaBet may request an official translated document with Notary stamped as an alternative. All submitted documents will be reviewed within 3 business days.

1.6. In case of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the Bonus Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.7. Each promotion or bonus on YallaBet clearly states its maximum bonus amount in its individual terms.

1.8. Bonus funds credited to a player’s account are subject to these Bonus Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of YallaBet.

1.9. Wagering always starts from real-money funds first, before transitioning to bonus funds.

1.10. A player may request a withdrawal of deposited funds before completing bonus wagering requirements; however, doing so results in automatic forfeiture of the active bonus and all bonus-related winnings.

1.11. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. If a player chooses to activate a new bonus, the previously active bonus and all associated winnings will be permanently forfeited.

1.12. YallaBet may update or make non-material modifications to these terms at any time without prior notice.

1.13. All bonuses are limited to one per household, IP, device, and shared environment. Any cases of collusion, fraudulent behaviour, multiple-accounting, or bonus manipulation may lead to removal of bonuses and winnings.

1.14. YallaBet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of engaging in bonus abuse and to void any bonuses and winnings associated with such behaviour.

1.15. YallaBet reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits or payments from players who register using temporary/disposable email addresses, and VPN/Proxy pages to hide their actual location.

1.16. YallaBet reserves the right to restrict or withhold promotions and withdrawals from players using VPN/Proxy pages.

1.17. Players found to be abusing bonuses may be excluded from all future bonuses and promotions for an indefinite period.

1.18. YallaBet reserves the right to void and remove bonuses and winnings when fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

1.19. In case of disputes, the decision made by YallaBet’s management is final and binding.

1.20. These terms are published in English. If translated versions exist, the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1.21. Promotional messages are sent only to users who have opted in. If a player tries to redeem a promotion not directly communicated to them, YallaBet may decline the payout request.

1.22. In the event a player wins a large prize (e.g., above 5,000 EUR or equivalent) from any bonus or promotion, YallaBet may request non-sensitive participation in promotional activities. YallaBet will never disclose personal data but may use a player’s username, first name, and initial of last name for promotional content.

1.23. YallaBet does not issue or credit manual, custom, or discretionary bonuses while a withdrawal request is pending. No adjustments will be made until the withdrawal is completed or cancelled by the player.

1.24. All bonuses on YallaBet are activated and calculated based on the GMT +0 time zone, regardless of the player's local time. Bonus activation windows, expiry times, and wagering deadlines follow GMT +0 exclusively.

2. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotional description.

2.2. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period.

2.3. Bets placed at low risk (such as minimal variance strategies, reduced-risk betting on table games, or artificially manipulating bet patterns) may be excluded from wagering calculations.

2.4. Once wagering is completed, remaining bonus funds may convert to withdrawable cash, subject to any maximum cashout limitations stated in the promotion.

3. INELIGIBLE GAME PROVIDERS & RESTRICTED BETTING (YALLABET)

3.1. While a bonus is active, not all games or game providers available on the Website are eligible for bonus wagering. 

Each bonus promotion is subject to its own specific list of eligible and restricted games and/or game providers, as defined in the applicable promotion terms and/or promotional pages.

3.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus wagering is only permitted on games and game providers that are explicitly marked as eligible for the specific bonus offer.
All games, game types, or game providers not explicitly included in the eligible list for a given promotion shall be considered restricted by default.

3.3. While a bonus is active, players are not permitted to place wagers on the following categories, unless expressly allowed for the specific promotion:

• Jackpot games
• Live Casino games
• Table Games
• Slot games featuring specific mechanics or functionalities, including but not limited to: Feature Buy, Bonus Buy, Bonus Rounds, Arcade-style games, Hold & Win mechanics, or similar features
• Any games or providers specifically listed as restricted on YallaBet’s promotional pages
• Any games flagged as “Bonus Wagering Not Allowed” within the platform

3.4. The list of eligible and restricted games and/or providers may vary between promotions and may be updated from time to time. It is the player’s responsibility to review the applicable promotion terms and eligibility information before placing wagers.

3.5. Wagers placed on restricted games or game providers will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus cancellation and/or the voiding of winnings derived from such wagers.

4. DEPOSIT BONUSES.

4.1. All new registered players are eligible to receive deposit bonuses.

4.2. Deposit bonuses must be claimed/subscribed to before you make a deposit on the website. If you are eligible for a bonus and you can’t claim the bonus, please contact YallaBet Support team right away, prior to placing any bet.

4.3. While a player has an active bonus any bets placed on the restricted games will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirement.

4.4. The First, Second and Third Deposit Bonuses can be claimed once per account, on your first, second, and third deposit, respectively, regardless of the currency of choice. For example, if you claim/subscribe to the First Deposit Bonus offer and make your first deposit using EUR, the First Deposit Bonus offer will be activated. Making a subsequent deposit in another currency after claiming/subscribing to the second deposit bonus will be considered a second deposit (even if it is technically the first deposit in that specific currency), and will active the Second Deposit Bonus.

4.5. When a deposit bonus is awarded all funds are locked under the wagering requirements. In order for the cash balance to be unlocked and become withdrawable, the wagering requirement needs to be met or the bonus needs to be cancelled.

4.6. Every player starts the bonus wagering with their main account funds before using the bonus funds. All winnings obtained through play with bonus funds will be considered as bonus funds and will be subject to the bonus wagering requirements.

4.7. Deposit bonuses must be claimed within 3 days of deposit, unless it is otherwise specified in the promotional offers.

4.8. Deposit bonuses must be wagered within 3 days of claiming the bonus, unless it is otherwise specified in the promotional offers.

4.9. Any bonus offers are available only for the available currencies unless stated otherwise in the promotional material.

5. FREE SPINS.

5.1. All winnings obtained through the use of a no-deposit bonus are subject to withdrawal following at least one successful deposit, and the deposit must be wagered at 3x.

5.2. Various promotions offer free spins, with the number of spins and eligible games varying depending on the promotion.

5.3. The maximum value for free spins in any promotion is 2 EUR, unless the terms and conditions state otherwise. If there is a technical issue or the free spins offer a higher value than 2 EUR, any winnings from those free spins will not be valid.

5.4. Free spins winnings are paid out as bonus money.

5.5. The free spins promotions and no-deposit bonuses are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30 times, unless the bonus terms state otherwise. If you claim these bonuses through an affiliate site, you may be subject to different conditions, such as wagering requirements or maximum win limits. You should always check the specific bonus terms and conditions on the affiliate site before claiming the bonus.

5.6. To be eligible for a no-deposit bonus or any other bonus on YallaBet, please make sure to confirm your account via email. If you fail to confirm your account, you won't be able to receive the no-deposit bonus.

5.7. For withdrawals after winnings from no deposit bonus, YallaBet reserves the right to request the following documents:

5.7.1. A government-approved identity card (ID card, passport and driver's license) with a picture;

5.7.2. A proof of residency such as a utility bill (which is not older than 3 months).

5.8. For welcome bonuses (first deposit bonuses), extra spins, free spins and free bonuses, which require NO deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn until you have made a deposit. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus and Free spins may be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions.

5.9. The maximum payout of the No Deposit Free Spins promotion is 5 EUR or an equivalent amount in another available currency.

6. BONUS EXPIRY

6.1. Each bonus has a defined validity period, including:

• time to claim,
• time to activate,
• time to complete wagering.

6.2. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire after 3 days from activation.

6.3. Once expired, the bonus and all associated winnings are permanently forfeited.

7. FRAUD & IRREGULAR PLAY

7.1. Irregular play patterns include, but are not limited to:

• Placing equal or zero-risk bets
• Using bonus funds on high-risk bets with no wagering progression
• Delaying game rounds (e.g., storing free spins or bonus rounds) until wagering is complete
• Bonus hunting strategies
• VPN usage or IP masking
• Multiple account creation

7.2. YallaBet reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend accounts engaging in prohibited behaviour.

8. RISE OF GLORY - LOYALTY PROGRAM

8.1. Loyalty rewards, points, cashback offers, and tier-based bonuses are subject to separate terms under the YallaBet  Rise of Glory – Loyalty program.

8.2. Loyalty bonuses must follow the same wagering structure unless otherwise stated.

8.3. Misuse or manipulation of loyalty features may result in account suspension and removal of all accumulated rewards.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. YallaBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time.

9.2. Only one YallaBet account per customer is allowed. Violation of this rule may lead to permanent account closure.

9.3. Participation in any YallaBet promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Bonus Terms and Conditions.
